Confirmation and Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a one night deposit (per room) plus tax is required. If your reservation is 2 (two) nights or more, then a 50% deposit for the entire reservation (per room) plus tax is required.

Payment in full is due 2 (two) weeks prior to your arrival date. Please make sure that your payment information is up to date.

Cancellation: With 14 (fourteen) or more days notice, deposit is refunded less $45.00 per room for administration fee. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior of your arrival date, there is No Refund. If you check out early or reschedule under 14 days, you are fully responsible for your entire reservation; no refunds. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. We recommend getting Trip Insurance for any unforeseeable circumstances.

If you have reserved 2 (Two) or more of the rooms, you must cancel 3 (Three) weeks prior to your arrival date to receive your deposit, and the same cancellation terms apply.

If for any reason the government has another shut down, we will provide you with a credit voucher for the amount you have already paid so you may use it for a future stay. No Refunds will be issued.

Check-in: is between 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If arriving before 3:00 PM, you are welcome to park at our property to avoid paying parking fees, before entering the park. We’ll send you self check-in instructions.

Check-out: 10:00 A.M.

Pets: We are sorry, but we DoNot accommodate pets. WE DO have our pet border collies and labradoodle on our property and common areas of the BnB, however, they are not allowed in the guest bedrooms.

Children: Well behaved children 7 years of age and older are welcome. Please call to make arrangements.

No Smoking: According to the Utah Clean Air Act, we do not permit any smoking.
